RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At KHEEJ, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Section 1: Return & Exchange Policy
KHEEJ offers exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery under the following terms and conditions:
- Customers are requested not to accept parcels that appear damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
- Products can be exchanged one time only within the same category, subject to stock availability.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The original invoice/order confirmation must be provided for all exchange requests.
- Exchanges are only accepted if the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or in a different size (subject to availability).
- Accessories, perfumes, and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or mishandling will not qualify for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong or damaged item was sent by KHEEJ.

Section 2: Refund Policy
KHEEJ currently does not offer refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases where an exchange is not possible. In such situations, store credit or an exchange alternative may be provided at the discretion of KHEEJ.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Section 3: Shipping Policy
- Nationwide delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
- Customers are responsible for courier charges when sending products back for exchange.
- Exchange parcels should be sent to the following return location:

- If KHEEJ sends an incorrect or damaged item, the shipping charges for the exchange will be covered by KHEEJ.
Section 4: Lost Shipment Policy
KHEEJ works closely with courier partners to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to external factors.
